Designing Global Programs That Deliver: A Practical Guide to Developing Cultural Agility
Global experiences remain one of the most powerful tools business schools can offer to prepare graduates for a rapidly changing world. When designed with intention, these programs cultivate essential, future-proof competencies such as curiosity, perspective-taking, humility, and adaptability, that enable leaders to thrive amid uncertainty.
Building on the AACSB Insights article Education Abroad Develops Cultural Agility, this webinar will provide actionable strategies for creating global programs, whether international or virtual, that go beyond surface-level exposure to deliver meaningful, developmental impact. Drawing on fresh research findings and practical examples, the webinar will explore:
- Designing experiences that foster cultural agility and a global mindset
- Embedding structured reflection and developmental assessments
- Avoiding design pitfalls that lead to superficial or performative programming
In an era of AI, geopolitical shifts, and rapid innovation, global programs remain a vital bridge for developing durable soft skills that empower graduates to adapt and lead. This webinar will equip attendees with evidence-based approaches to ensure their institutions’ global offerings truly transform student learning and align with AACSB’s mission to advance business education worldwide.
